Cape Town - With the seventh season of Game of Thrones almost upon us, it's best you brush up on your knowledge of the Seven Kingdoms.
Here's a handy map to help you find your way around from Westeros, across the Narrow Sea, through the Dothraki Sea and into the Red Waste.
The map - while speculative - was created by theMountainGoat and Tear, drawing on the source material contained in George R. R. Martin's novels (he retains the copyright) and the TV adaptations.
The scale of the map is derived by the description of the Wall in the books as being 300 miles (483km) in length. Most of the placement of towns is accurate within 50 miles (80km).

The Game of Thrones title sequence also explores the two continents of Westeros and Essos, highlighting some of the key cities and other landmarks crucial to the plot.
The official Game of Thrones Facebook page also has a 360° exploration of the title sequence map.
